License Required Physical Therapist license. Setting Outpatient clinic. Location Grandville/Jenison/Walker/Byron Center – we go where the partner wants to go! Role Overview We’re looking for entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. This role goes beyond a Clinic Director; it’s an opportunity to become an equity partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. Responsibilities Lead clinic operations and financial management. Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and team development. Develop and maintain clinic culture and retain teammates. Drive community outreach and referral growth. Collate and analyze clinic performance metrics. Collaborate with experienced leaders to ensure confidence before opening. Work with company resources in marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, RCM, and support functions. Training & Development Leadership and team development. Recruiting and interviewing. Clinic operations and financial management. Community outreach and referral growth. Building culture and retaining teammates. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually – full salary paid even before your clinic opens. Eligibility for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan once your clinic launches.
