Clinical Supervisor (Licensed Psychologist Ph.D. or PsyD

Position Summary We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist Supervisor to join our Behavioral Health Department. The role reports to the Director of VIDA Guidance Center, provides clinical supervision to a team of mental health therapists, and maintains a small caseload of patients. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Doctoral Degree program (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) Valid NYS License Experience in a previous mental‑health setting with supervisory and/or leadership experience At least 2 years of direct experience providing clinical supervision Ability to interact and communicate with a diversified population Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Knowledge of OMH requirements and work in an Article‑31 setting Key Duties Supervise outpatient behavioral‑health providers, provide clinical training, ensure proper documentation, and conduct consultation activities. Manage a panel of patients as part of a small caseload. Provide weekly clinical supervision to a team of therapists (part‑time and full‑time). Review treatment plans and therapeutic processes. Conduct evidence‑based individual and group psychotherapy. Provide consultation to medical providers and social workers. Participate in clinical team meetings. Complete all required documentation in the medical record, including care planning and discharge planning.
