The Opportunity We’re hiring a Growth Product Lead to own and scale our organic and product-led growth engine, with a specific focus on our self-serve revenue motion. A meaningful portion of revenue already comes from self-serve customers. This role will focus on growing that channel through product experiments, lifecycle marketing, and user-driven growth loops — increasing adoption, retention, and revenue without relying on a heavy sales touch. You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to design experiments, launch initiatives, and drive measurable growth. Your ultimate goal will be to increase revenue from self-serve customers — and you will own that metric. What You’ll Do Own self-serve revenue growth — Take full ownership of the self-serve funnel and drive measurable increases in conversion, retention, and expansion revenue. Build and scale PLG + organic growth loops — Increase user invitations, sharing, and product-driven adoption through experimentation and workflow-driven growth. Improve onboarding and activation — Identify friction, redesign key flows, and ship changes that improve time-to-value and activation rates. Run experiments end-to-end — Form hypotheses, define success metrics, ship tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. Launch lifecycle campaigns — Own lifecycle programs across email, in-product messaging, promotions, and triggered communications that move users through the funnel. Drive reactivation + retention — Develop campaigns and product hooks that reduce churn, bring users back, and increase habit formation. Analyze product usage + growth metrics — Partner with data and product stakeholders to identify drop-offs, segments, and opportunities; turn insights into execution. Partner cross-functionally to ship — Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and design to prioritize, build, and launch growth initiatives. Establish lightweight growth foundations — Create repeatable processes for growth experimentation (cadence, reporting, learnings, backlog, and prioritization) as the team scales. Who You Are You’re a builder who loves owning a number — and you’re energized by fast iteration, tight feedback loops, and shipping work that compounds. Founder-level ownership — you take accountability for outcomes, operate with autonomy, and thrive as an early hire owning a critical function. Experiment-driven — you’re comfortable running many tests, learning quickly, and refining toward what works. Product-minded marketer (or marketing-minded product operator) — you understand how product, messaging, and lifecycle work together to drive growth. Data-comfortable — you use metrics to guide decisions and aren’t afraid to dig into funnels, cohorts, and behavioral patterns. High-velocity mindset — you move fast, prioritize well, and ship iteratively rather than waiting for perfect answers. Strong collaborator — you partner well across product/engineering/marketing and can align teams toward a clear goal. Required Qualifications 2+ years working on growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company. Experience with product-led growth and/or growth experimentation (funnels, cohorts, lifecycle, loops). Comfort working with product and user data to identify opportunities and measure impact. Ability to read or write SQL queries (or interpret them) to pull insights and validate hypotheses. Proven ability to run experiments end-to-end — from idea to launch to analysis and iteration. High EQ and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to ship initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
