You'll develop a technology roadmap, oversee system integrations, and ensure continuous process optimizations in collaboration with department heads. Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing business operations, workflows, and software tools to identify inefficiencies. Develop and implement a technology strategy and roadmap for optimizing business processes. Lead the evaluation, selection, and rollout of new software solutions. Project manage technology implementation and change management efforts across departments. Work closely with department heads to identify and resolve ongoing process bottlenecks. Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of business systems. Train and support staff in adopting new technologies.
