This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation and operational excellence go hand in hand.Job DescriptionLocation: This position will be located in Morrisville, NC and will be an onsite role.Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if this location is accessible for you.Key Responsibilities:Provide frontline expert support for process-specific issues in manufacturing operationsAct as Subject Matter Expert for assigned products and processesCoordinate production activities to ensure on-time execution aligned with approved documentationTroubleshoot technical issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actionsReview batch records and ensure timely completion of batch documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation to support compliance and auditsSupport validation activities and changeover processes between production campaignsDeliver training programs and build technical capabilities of production teamsCollaborate with training teams to define and maintain qualification standardsPromote strong quality and health, safety, and environmental culture on the shop floorEssential Requirements:University degree in Science, preferably Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing process support roleMinimum 7 years of experience in relevant field for candidates without a university degreeStrong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements across multiple health authoritiesSolid scientific and technical understanding, including manufacturing and automation principlesGood understanding or ability to quickly learn production processesExperience with manufacturing systems such as MES, SAP, or similar platformsStrong teamwork, communication, influencing skills, and ability to adapt and work under pressureNovartis Compensation and Benefit Summary:The salary for this position is expected to range between $85,400 and $158,600 annually.The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits.
