Insider Threat Analyst

Location: Washington DC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Job Summary Insider Threat Analyst Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage insider threat programs (policies, procedures, tools) Monitor security alerts, triage security events, and analyze potential insider threats or risks Gather, analyze, and assess threat intelligence from internal/external sources to identify emerging threats Utilize Microsoft Security Tools (e.g., Sentinel) in Azure and non-Azure environments for threat detection and response Collaborate with security, HR, legal, and management teams to investigate insider threat incidents Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for investigations and risk assessments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology from a U.S. accredited institution 3+ years' experience in insider threat, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, corporate security, or investigations Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC, CEH, Security+, Network+) Hands‑on experience developing and implementing insider threat programs Experience with security event monitoring, triage, and analysis Proficient in gathering/analyzing threat intelligence Experience with Microsoft Security Tools (Sentinel, Azure/non-Azure) Preferred: Experience with Qualys, Crowdstrike, Cloudflare, CyberArk, SolarWinds Strong oral, written, and teamwork skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Largeton Group
