Associate Business Intelligence Analyst - Hybrid This position is hybrid on‑site and remote based out of Renton, WA. This two‑year early‐in‑career role performs an assortment of analyst‑level projects that require strategic insight and collaboration across multiple technology teams. Responsibilities include research, data collection, process analysis, and documentation of findings around business processes, software solutions, and business partner needs, as well as recommendations. The role focuses on developing a deep understanding of how Information Services (IS) functions at Providence, supporting business clients, clinical users, and contributing to simplifying, modernizing, and innovating health IT. Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Software Engineering/Computer Science, Real Estate, Architecture/Engineering or related field. 3 months of analytical and business experience or the ability to apply business knowledge and analytical skills; 4 years of directly related experience may substitute for the required degree. Preferred qualifications Business and finance experience or coursework. Additional coursework or training in business and finance. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $34.28 to $55.33 per hour, based on the primary work location. Compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.
