Fire Protection/Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a full-time Inside Fire Protection/Sales Associate to work at our Harleysville, Pennsylvania location. Responsibilities Sales and Customer Engagement: Serve as the main contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and processing orders. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and outstanding service. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, contributing to revenue growth. Stocklisting and Technical Support: Prepare detailed material lists for fire protection projects using HydraTech software. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quotes align with fabrication capabilities and customer requirements. Notify purchasing of material needs based on project quotes. Business Development: Proactively expand the customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Support strategies to position the company as a leader in fire protection fabrication. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with fabrication, sales, and purchasing teams to ensure seamless operations. Compile reports to track sales performance, customer retention, and operational improvements. Qualifications/Skills 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in fire protection or construction is a plus. Familiarity with stocklisting processes; experience with HydraTech software is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or industry-specific software experience is a plus. Working Conditions Office-based role with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments with noise, dust, and temperature variations. Some travel may be required to meet customers or attend training.
