This position is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. Applicant must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction. Our dealership is very busy and therefore requires an individual who is detail-oriented and functions well in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis. Individuals with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a warm personality can do very well as a Service Advisor.
