Program Manager

Program Manager Location: Glendale, CA (preferred) or Orlando, FL – Onsite 4 days/week Employment Type: Contract (7 months, potential extension) Pay Rate: $83.89/hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead operational execution across a digital product portfolio. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing dependencies, and ensuring efficient delivery across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Key Responsibilities Drive execution across product, engineering, design, and business teams Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure predictable delivery Maintain an integrated view of the product roadmap across initiatives Establish and manage operating cadences (quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, status reporting) Improve cross-team collaboration, communication, and visibility Facilitate alignment and accountability across multiple stakeholders Required Qualifications Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in digital product or eCommerce environments Strong program management and operational execution skills Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding software delivery lifecycles Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to influence without direct authority in matrixed organizations Required Tools & Skills Program management tools: Jira, Jira Service Manager, Jira Cloud Experience with Confluence Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar) Preferred Qualifications (At least one of the following) Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments Prior experience with large enterprise organizations Background in eCommerce Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field #J-18808-Ljbffr
