Quick Facts Location: Marquette, MI Start Date: 06/10/2026 End Date: Ongoing Shift: 7a-7a, 12-hour shifts Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem License/Certifications: Active applicable license in MI, BLS required Experience: Urology or surgical experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Benefits: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide urology call coverage, including inpatient and outpatient consults Respond to 2-5 patient calls per 24 hours, with in-house call support as needed Cover common procedures such as kidney stone management, stent placements, and hematuria evaluations Document patient interactions clearly and accurately in the medical record Assist with new hospital admissions and inpatient rounding as per unit protocol Support clinical team with patient assessments and follow-up care during on-call hours Ensure prompt onsite response within 20 minutes for call-backs What You Need Valid active license in Michigan Prior experience in urology, surgical, or related specialties preferred Strong communication and clinical documentation skills Ability to respond swiftly within a 20-minute onsite window Flexibility to work 12-hour overnight shifts and provide weekend coverage About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Marquette, MI, providing critical urology services in a fast-paced environment.
