Senior Product ManagerAs a Senior Product Manager at Phia, you'll help define and build the future of AI-powered shopping. You'll own major product initiatives from strategy through execution, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Leadership to identify opportunities, solve complex user problems, and deliver experiences that drive meaningful business impact.This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on. You'll be responsible for shaping product direction, making thoughtful prioritization decisions, and leading cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products at startup speed. You'll work directly with company leadership and have significant influence over what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success.We're looking for someone who combines strong product intuition with analytical rigor, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is excited to help build a category-defining consumer AI company.Phia has raised $43M from Notable Capital, Khosla Ventures, and Kleiner Perkins, with backing from founders and operators like Vlad Tenev (Robinhood), Mellody Hobson (Ariel Investments), Naomi Gleit (Meta), and Mati Staniszewski (ElevenLabs), plus a roster of cultural leaders, to build the AI alignment layer for commerce.
