Westshore Financial Group Inc., a boutique financial planning firm based in Tampa, FL, is expanding its team! Supported by the resources of The Guardian Life Insurance Company, we deliver comprehensive financial services including insurance, investment strategies, and personalized financial planning. Our unique structure enables us to provide the advantage of a large firm while maintaining the personal touch and dedication of a local presence.

Role Description
As a Financial Advisor at Westshore Financial, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. This full-time, hybrid role includes:
- Creating tailored financial and retirement plans.
- Offering investment advice and financial guidelines.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management skills.
- A Health and Life (2-15) license or the ability to obtain.
- Ability to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (preferred within the first year).
