Overview We are seeking a Regional Office Services Associate to join our team at IST Management Services in the Glendale, CA general area and to support West Los Angeles locations! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations, customer service, and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Hourly Compensation: $19.00-$21.00/hour Schedule: Full time Monday-Friday, hours will depend on assigned site location, no more than one location per day. Shifts include 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. No nights or weekends! Coverage includes IST site locations in the Glendale CA and west Los Angeles areas. Responsibilities The Regional Office Services Associate will be responsible for receiving, processing and delivering mail and packages in addition to other administrative support services as needed. Shipping and Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures Adhere to all safety procedures Take direction from the site manager and the assistant site manager Participate in cross-training Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs Qualifications Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations and customer service. Valid Driver's License required Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus High school diploma or GED Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; ability to multi-task effectively Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Ability to lift up to 55lbs IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
