Vance Dentistry in Milford, Ohio is a well-established private practice seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our team. What We Offer- Competitive compensation package with potential to earn approximately $300,000 annually
- Combination of base pay, retirement plan contributions, and 401(k) benefits
- 401(k) with approximately 10-12% annual contribution
- 2 weeks of paid vacation - Paid at $4,500 per week

- Mon-Thur 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Fri 8:00AM - 12:00PM
The ideal candidate is:
- A licensed dentist who is motivated to grow professionally
- Experienced in general dentistry and comfortable providing comprehensive care
- Interested in building long-term relationships with patients
- Team-oriented and committed to quality dentistry
We are open to newer dentists, especially those who have completed a GPR or AEGD residency . Dentists with approximately 3-4 years of private practice experience are ideal, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate who demonstrates strong clinical skills, motivation, and a commitment to growth.
