As an HVAC Installer at Meyer Heating & Air, you'll work on residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, sheet metal fabrication, and service-related diagnostic work. What You'll Do Install residential and commercial furnace and air conditioning systems Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle Communicate professionally with customers and team members Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards What You Bring Minimum of three (3) years of HVAC installation experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely move equipment and materials Dependable work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and organization Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Full Job Description Position Summary The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair work as needed Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork Maintain service vehicles, equipment, tools, and inventory Complete all work accurately, safely, and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with customers regarding work performed and recommendations Support team members and assist with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of professional HVAC experience Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Valid driver's license and clean driving record Valid Social Security card Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening Additional Responsibilities Maintain company vehicles and ensure inventory is stocked appropriately Care for company tools and equipment and report maintenance needs promptly Assist with sheet metal fabrication and custom ductwork installations Follow all company safety policies and procedures Competitive pay based on experience Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) 100% employee-paid medical insurance Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and professional development Why Join Meyer Heating & Air?
