Ideal candidates will have experience or demonstrated interest in school-based speech therapy and are comfortable working with preschool-aged children. Support is available for those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Teletherapy and on-site roles are both considered, offering flexibility for your working preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or completion of requirements for Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP or SLP-Assistant
• SLP-CCC highly desirable; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience delivering services in schools, teletherapy, or healthcare settings preferred
• SLPA experience in school or healthcare settings a bonus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and educational staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy to preschool students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress regularly
• Adapt therapy to meet the developmental needs of each child
