Regional Driver (CDL-A) Job Overview

• Pay that keeps building. Top drivers earn up to $127,000 per year, starting at a 60CPM base with up to 4CPM in performance incentives on top. The more consistent you are, the more your paycheck reflects it.*
• A pay floor you can count on. Qualifying weeks come with a $1,350 weekly minimum,* so you're not left chasing miles to make ends meet.
• Loyalty pay that starts immediately. Earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay from day one* - no waiting period, no runway. It adds up fast and stacks on top of your base rate.
• Extra pay for extra work. Tarp pay at $75 per tarp and dwell pay at $100* help make sure your time and effort are compensated when the job asks for more.
• Home every other weekend. This is a regional role with a consistent reset schedule - get home every 2 weeks so you can plan your life around something predictable.
• No flatbed experience required. Experienced OTR drivers are welcome to apply. If you know how to drive, we'll teach you the freight.
