Drives alignment across engineering, analytics, and platform teams by facilitating decisions, resolving tension points, and escalating when needed while maintaining Robust partnerships

Bias toward repeatable patterns

Executes interim and future state approaches that can be reused for additional teams and dashboards rather than one off solutions

Clear ownership and boundary definition

Proactively defines who owns what across Platform, DB2 Modernization, FO Analytics, FO Data Engineering, and PI DAE to eliminate ambiguity and prevent duplicated effort

Controlled and phased onboarding execution

Ability to sequence onboarding based on readiness, business urgency, and platform maturity rather than enabling broad access prematurely
