Weekend RN - Onyx Care of Winnfield Job Summary: Onyx Care of Winnfield is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend RN to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. As a Weekend RN, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch post-acute rehabilitation care to our patients, focusing on their unique recovery journeys. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply for this part-time opportunity. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients in our post-acute rehabilitation setting Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and established standards of care Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, dignity, and respect for all individuals Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Louisiana 0 years of experience in a post-acute rehabilitation setting (new graduates welcome to apply!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work Environment: Weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays) with occasional weeknight shifts as needed Collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals State-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and technology Flexibility to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
