Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused Bartender to deliver memorable hospitality to guests at The Elms Hotel & Spa. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive and guide them through the bar area. Maintain set‑up of the bar daily and manage inventory of beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and perishables. Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control. Take orders accurately, confirm special requests, and process payments at the point of sale. Collaborate with restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff to resolve guest concerns. Present accurate bills, lock up, and manage cash drops and bank deposits. Qualifications Open availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends. Engaging, welcoming personality with excellent communication skills. Current bartender certification or appropriate license. 2‑4 years of bartending experience, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits. Proficiency in mixology trends and descriptive selling. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation and Benefits $7.50 - $9.50 per hour.
