Hands on Controller / Accounting Manager needed for a family-owned business in Marietta, Georgia. Since 1995, Can You Imagine, LLC has been a leader in the design and production of gifts and promotional items for the multi-family industry. Minimum 5 years of experience leading the accounting function, including managing team members. Candidates must be proficient in utilizing and optimizing accounting and financial software. (NetSuite experience is a huge plus.) This position is a keystone part of our organization and success and, as a result, you will be an integral part of our strategic leadership team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Hands on management of the Finance function, including:
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Cash Management & Forecasting
- Inventory Management
- Bank account and credit card account reconciliations
- Journal Entries & General Ledger close
- Monthly Financial Statements
- Procurement
- Payroll (using 3rd party provider) including annual W-2/1099 filings
- Oversee setup of bills of material and new gifts
- Assist with annual and periodic gift pricing/costing
- Weekly Sales & KPI reports
- Ad Hoc reporting & analysis
- Optimizing NetSuite (reports, processes, etc.)
- Annual Budgeting & Periodic Forecasting
- Monthly Sales Tax reporting
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
In addition, position is responsible for HR duties including new hire paperwork, Simple IRA administration, maintaining benefits and compliance.
