Strategic Talent Acquisition Recruiter II

Spectrum is seeking a Recruiter II to partner with leadership, shape hiring strategies, and elevate talent acquisition. You’ll screen, interview, and evaluate candidates from new grads to seasoned professionals to ensure the best fit for Spectrum. Use diverse channels and maintain compliance with hiring laws while advising on budgets for events, tools, and vendors.
