\nAnnual bonus opportunity: 10–15% based on company revenue performance

\n \n \nRequirements:
\nMinimum of 5 years of customer service or sales support experience.
\nMinimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
\nStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
\nExperience in medical devices, healthcare, distribution, or hospital market is preferred though will consider candidates with non-medical experience.
\n \nSeeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Support Manager to lead customer service and sales support operations while driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, team performance and QMS adherence. This leadership role is responsible for managing customer service functions, supporting sales initiatives, overseeing pricing and contract administration, developing KPI reporting tools, and implementing processes that enhance customer experience.
\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally to drive business results.
