Maintenance Tech

Summary The Maintenance Technician will have experience working with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical machine repairs and be responsible for the daily functioning of assigned areas: both plant and equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the daily functioning of assigned areas: both plant and equipment. Efficiently diagnose, repair, and document equipment problems. Provide routine updates and progress reports to the organization. Select proper repair materials and spare parts. Provide suggestions for machine and process improvements. Implement new tooling methods. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance assignments and update the company database with current activities. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements Must be flexible in working hours. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance of automated machines. Allen‑Bradley PLCs, Fanuc robots, Cognex Vision Systems, Keyence Vision Systems, and Siemens S7 PLCs experience is a plus. Candidate must be able to work autonomously, have problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills along with good communication skills.
