About the Role

We're looking for a detaildriven Quality Inspector to support incoming material checks, inprocess inspections, and final part audits. You'll work closely with molding, machining, and assembly teams to identify nonconformances and ensure every part meets customer specifications. Most of your day will involve visual inspection and using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators .
What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming materials and verify accuracy
• Perform inprocess and final audits
• Identify nonconformances with molding, machining, and assembly teams
• Validate firstarticle templates
• Use precision tools to confirm parts meet specifications

What You Need

• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and blueprint reading
• Experience in plastic injection molding
• 6+ months of visual quality inspection
• 1+ year in plastics (inspection or machine operation)
• 1+ year working independently in quality control

Nice to Have

• Ability to stand/walk a full shift and lift up to 55 lbs
• Strong handeye coordination for smallcomponent handling

• 1st & 2nd shift options :
  • 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Monday-Thursday

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Blaine, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
