Days, 36 hours/week, 4x9s

Shift: 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday-Thursday and 7:00am - 3:30pm, Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist with a focus on pediatric outpatient care, while also having experience in inpatient adult rehabilitation. This position will consist of approximately 80% pediatric and 20% adult patient care.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes in compliance with regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in both pediatric and outpatient settings.
• Experience working with adults on inpatient rehab units is a plus.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) credentials.
• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio.
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility.
