Strong brand partnership management, proactive communication, and independent decision-making are critical. Success is measured through weeks of supply, inventory turns, instock performance, and forecast accuracy.This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule in Lehi, Utah.What is a day in the life of a Demand Planner?Own short-term demand forecasts and place weekly orders for 7–12 brandsDevelop and manage 3, 6, and 9 month ordering strategies tailored to brand goalsAnalyze and present monthly demand, sales, and receipt forecasts directly to brand partnersCollaborate with brand management to define and execute ordering and inventory strategiesProactively analyze forecast variance and implement corrective actionsLead brand calls independently, providing recommendations and solutions to supply chain challengesWhat will I need to thrive in this role?Bachelor's degree4+ years of supply/demand planning or buying experienceAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong experience with ERP systems and inventory planning processesAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining forecasting disciplineStrong understanding of retail KPIs and inventory metricsConfident communication and relationship-building skillsWhat does high performance look like?You give 100% to all tasks and projects you are givenYou actively comment and participate in group collaborationsYou will take full ownership of your projects and follow through to completionYou follow through with all assignments in a timely mannerYou are flexible and can prioritize and pivot based on the business needsWhat is the team like?The team is results-oriented and collaborative.
