Community-Based Case Manager for Behavioral Health

AltaPointe Health Systems is hiring Case Managers to assist in monitoring customer well-being across various environments, such as home and school. The role includes advocating for consumer needs and providing ongoing support through education and resources. Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or a related discipline.
