This role is ideal for someone with 2–8+ years of experience who is ready to take on intermediate engineering assignments and collaborate with senior engineers to deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities Perform HVAC load calculations and select heating/cooling equipment Design air distribution and hydronic systems for commercial HVAC Ensure compliance with mechanical and energy codes Develop mechanical specifications and construction documents Create drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (preferred) Communicate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel throughout design and construction Required Qualifications B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) 2–8+ years of mechanical design experience in the building/construction industry Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit EIT or PE license preferred but not required Candidates from any MEP or AEC firm are encouraged to apply.
