Registered Nurse (RN) 1:1 Homecare | Adult Patient

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult patient in the Palmerton, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized care in a home setting.

As a 1:1 Homecare RN, you will have the opportunity to focus on a single patient, providing high-quality nursing care while improving their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and responses to care.
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Homecare experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
