Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

  • Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 / hour (Dependent on experience)
  • Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL area
  • Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire
Position Summary: We are looking for an energetic, experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution team in Fort Lauderdale. If you have a strong background in material handling, inventory support, and safe warehouse operations, we want to talk to you!


Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck forklifts (experience with specific lifts verified upon interview).
  • Load, unload, stage, and move palletized freight and heavy materials.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, order pulling, and physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse workspace.
  • Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong safety record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand/move for extended shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
