LHH is assisting a well-established regional law firm in its search for a Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation practice in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This position will support a team of attorneys handling a sophisticated caseload focused on tort litigation, commercial disputes, and employment litigation .

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and serve as a key partner to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation and resolution.

Position Overview

The Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive support on complex litigation matters, including:

• Managing case files and maintaining litigation calendars
• Drafting and preparing legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses
• Assisting with fact investigations and document collection
• Coordinating document review, production, and organization
• Preparing deposition summaries and managing exhibits
• Conducting legal and factual research
• Supporting attorneys with motion practice and trial preparation
• Communicating with clients, expert witnesses, courts, and opposing counsel
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures
• Assisting with mediation, arbitration, and trial logistics

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 , commensurate with experience

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm setting
• Experience supporting tort, commercial litigation, and/or employment litigation matters
• Strong knowledge of Arizona state and federal court procedures
• Experience with discovery management, document review, and trial preparation
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with litigation support technology and Microsoft Office Suite
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
