How you'll make an impact Implement solutions for client and internal users within a risk management information system (RMIS) application Assist in configuration of application to meet the needs of our various clients and internal users Provide solutions and application front‑end support when problems arise Ensure projects and deliverables are completed quickly and accurately Manage regular audits of settings, processes, permissions, and access to data About You Insurance knowledge is a plus Data analytics, management information systems, business analytics or similar technical training/education Ability to multi‑task, deal with deadlines, and attention to detail Aptitude for technology, databases, and applications Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related experience required Behaviors Interfaces effectively with management, clients, account teams, and partners Complies with all company policies and procedures, pro‑actively protecting confidentiality of client and company information Understands industry trends and governmental regulations Efficiently organizes work and manages time to meet deadlines Exercises discretion in confidential matters and uses independent judgment Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
