We Are Seeking Qualified Applicants For The Position Specialist, Procurement Located CP Summary We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join us within the Procurement function in Cameron, LA. This person is responsible and accountable for the procurement of third‑party goods and services for Calcasieu Pass LNG Operations. General Description Duties & Responsibilities Independently conducts RFx and bidding processes, specifically for spare parts, minimizing risk and maximizing value in terms of quality, delivery and cost. Execute sourcing plans that secure supply and minimize disruptions. Utilize sourcing best practices to efficiently and effectively lead initiatives. Performs contract administration, which includes creating and modifying purchase order and contract documents; adjusting, cancelling and/or closing transactions in SAP and Coupa. Assist stakeholders in scope of work development. Effectively communicates with and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders. Challenges stakeholders when inefficiencies, process deviations, and strategy deviations are identified. Monitors supplier and contract activity and identifies areas for improved cost savings. Qualifications Required experience Minimum of five years supply chain experience in the oil and gas industry; Experience in LNG liquefaction facilities highly preferred. Extensive experience using SAP. Self-starter with ability to work strategically under little direction. Ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders across the organization. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and operations processes. Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates and other functions.
