ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by guiding team members, executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, and fostering the Scooter’s “Amazing” customer service experience Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, food safety standards, and equipment Assist with interviewing, training, and developing staff to demonstrate all company standards in customer experience and operations Provide ongoing performance feedback to the store manager for staff members, and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance where directed by the store manager Contribute to store profitability by suggesting opportunities to the store manager to increase sales and by helping prevent waste Coordinate with, report to, and make recommendations to the store manager to improve customer experience and drive growth Encourage and ensure full team participation in meeting store goals Serve as back up to the Store Manager for store inventory to ensure the store remains fully stocked while following Cost of Good guidelines Ensure all cash handling, point of sale system, safety, and operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner Regular and predictable attendance Build relationships with customers Qualifications High school or equivalent (Required) Driver's License (Required) Proven experience as a manager or similar executive role (Preferred) 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment (Preferred) Ability to effectively teach and lead others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with people Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and administrative skills Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs Ability to work with hands on one- and two-handed activities constantly throughout a day Ability to raise, lower, and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout a day Ability to stand in an upright position without walking more than three consecutive steps occasionally Ability to walk more than three consecutive steps for extended periods of time Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environment Ability to stoop and climb occasionally throughout a day Compensation Competitive Pay Fun & productive work environment Discounts On and Off Duty, including merchandise Ongoing Leadership training Disclaimer The functions and skills described here are general in nature and represent the type of work performed, but they do not constitute an exhaustive list of the duties and responsibilities performed on the job.
