Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards for re-leasing by performing essential mechanical and cosmetic work. The role supports timely, market-ready turnarounds across apartment homes and communities in the Austin area. Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, sealing and caulking around fixtures, painting, grounds upkeep, and safety compliance with OSHA training.
