Responsibilities Flexible scheduling options, clinic hours 7AM-7PM & Saturdays NP works FT 40 hours per week: 3;12s, 4;10s, OR 5;8-hour shifts available NP will join as a second Primary Care NP on-site NP has support of 1MA per provider NP treats 10 patients per day across the lifespan NP will receive training from experienced NP and collaborate as needed NP must feel comfortable providing patient care without MD on-site NP will have access to refer Mental Health to in-house services NP has access to on-site lab and pharmacy NP will have time to grow patient visits over-time, in a fully established community-based clinic with a stable organization dedicated to retention and patient care Requirements Master’s Degree Ability to obtain NM licensure within 3 months Bilingual Spanish, preferred, not required Desire to work on-site Ability to work as team and autonomously Compensation 95.00+ per hour 196,000 – 200,000 per years Relocation assistance 5K Loan Forgiveness: NHSC Loan Repayment & Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility Malpractice Insurance, CME Days and Allotment 3K Employer Health Premium paid 90% for employee 100% Employer Paid Vision and Dental for Employee Short and Long-term disability 403B with 7% employer match PTO + 13 paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthCare Recruiters International
