RMA & Returns Specialist I

Health Care Logistics is seeking a Return Specialist I in Grove City, OH. You will process product returns and support the Sales department to maintain customer satisfaction, handling RMA requests and related paperwork under supervision. Requirements include a HS diploma, strong communication, the ability to follow written and verbal directions, 1–2 years in returns, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software.
