PACT GENERALIST

L’esprit Mental Health Services Bozeman & Livingston Area, Montana Starting at $19.00/hour depending on experience L’esprit is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and community-focused PACT Generalist to join our multidisciplinary Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. This position provides intensive, community-based mental health support to adults living with Severe and Disabling Mental Illness (SDMI). PACT is an intensive community-based treatment program that consists of an interdisciplinary team who provides 24/7 community-based care to adults with severe, disabling mental illness. The PACT model utilizes an integrated, multidisciplinary team of providers who deliver services directly to individuals in their homes and within communities; meeting the clients where they are. The program aims to promote independent living while keeping clients out of hospitals and crisis centers. L'esprit's PACT program operates in Park, Gallatin, and Sweet Grass counties.
