What We Offer: Position Type: (Independent Contractor *1099) New Fleet: *2023-2026 Auto Transmission & Well-maintained trucks (Volvo, Freightliner& Kenworth) 24/7 Driver Support: Roadside Assistance always available. Bilingual: Company staff & Dispatchers speak English, Portuguese & Spanish. Routes: All 48 States and OTR or Regional/Local if resident of IL or IN Strong Pay Structure: 28% per gross load if under 1 year experience, 30%+ per gross load if over a year of experience Maintenance: In-house repair shop for trucks and trailers Travel & Parking: Paid flights and free parking available. Home-Time and Work Balance: 3 Weeks OTR and 1 Week Home Flexibility: Team Driving or Solo Bonuses/Benefits : -Sign-On Bonus $2,200 -Referral Bonus $500 -Clean Inspection Bonuses -$350-$1,000 -Pre-Paid Fuel Card Company Policies & Perks: We do not offer lease-to-purchase programs or owner-operators positions from the start.
