Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay: $1,700 to $1,807 per week
Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours

About the Position

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures.
• Collect patient specimens, including venipuncture and capillary blood draws.
• Analyze and report laboratory results accurately and efficiently.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related science field.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Laboratory Technician experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory.
• Current MLT (ASCP) certification or equivalent CLS certification.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Strong phlebotomy/venipuncture skills (required).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
