This role is for the PT who wants to practice the way they trained: real time with patients, real autonomy, and a clinic that invests in them.

The mentorship is the job, not a perk

Most clinics bolt mentorship on and hope it happens between patients. We pay you for it! A weekly 1:1 with the owner (a DPT), plus a biweekly rotation with every PT on the team — all on the clock, never on your lunch or after hours. And it's fully customized to what you want to grow: manual therapy and clinical reasoning, sure, but also leadership, money psychology and personal investing, soft skills, self-promotion. If you want to get better at it, that's what we work on.

Who we are

Graspmore PT is San Francisco's leading out-of-network ortho and sports clinic — independent and clinician-owned, not a PE-backed group or a franchise. The owner reads your application, and one way or another, signs your reviews. One full hour per patient, 6–7 a day instead of 13+, notes done in 2–3 minutes so you go home on time. No SOAPs at the kitchen table. No insurance authorizations eating your afternoon.

The rest of it

You build your own schedule and decide how to treat — marketing and front-desk handle filling your caseload. You're paid a real salary ($110K–$135K DOE, plus bonuses and raises more than once a year), not run on a productivity treadmill.
