Receptionist

21 hours per week £12.77 per hour Interview Date: 9th July 2026 About the role: Barcroft Medical Practice is looking for a friendly, motivated, and organised Receptionist to join our busy, patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients—both in person and over the phone. You will support our clinical and administrative teams by managing appointments, processing enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all visitors. We are seeking someone who is calm under pressure, confident using IT systems, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
