You will be responsible for providing hands-on training, guidance, and support to our students as they learn the skills necessary to become successful CDL holders.Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive CDL training courses to students, covering topics such as safety operations, vehicle inspections, basic skills every driver should know, etc.Evaluate student performance through driving practice and skills assessmentsProvide constructive feedback and coaching to help students improve their driving skills and knowledgeMaintain accurate records of student progressTeach the skills you already use every dayQualifications:Valid CDL with clean driving record for at least 2 yearsPrior experience not needed as Valerie will train youExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for teaching and mentoring othersPatience and adaptability since each of our trainings are individualized based on the student's needsAble to work outside in all climates and not afraid of a little dust or dirtLike some exercise - as we walk and guide our students on our lot during some of the exercisesAt Midwest CDL Training, we are committed to providing top-notch training and support to our students as they embark on their CDL journey.
