Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hammond, IN | Clinic + In-Home | $108K Location: Hammond, IN Setting: Clinic-Based + In-Home Services Schedule: Full-Time Starting Salary: $108,000/year Must hold active BCBA certification – we are not considering students or candidates pursuing certification. Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families through a combination of clinic-based services at our Hammond location and in-home services across Northwest Indiana. This role involves providing services in our Hammond clinic and in client homes throughout the surrounding region, offering a balance of structured clinical work and real-world application. About This Role We are looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care while building strong relationships with families and caregivers. Our team prioritizes clinical integrity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for the children we serve.
