ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members.
- Develop, coordinate and execute all retail promotions, direct mail promotions, VIP parties and special events to target retail and database guests.
- Coordinate internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment for all appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain files of all Marketing Programs to include artwork, analysis, and rules.
- Coordinate with Graphic Artists to properly fulfill all printed material requirements for promotions, special events, entertainment, and VIP parties.
- Analyze the effectiveness and success of promotions, special events, entertainment and VIP parties.
- Conduct research and report on competition through routine competitive shop.
- Support the efforts and projects of the Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant Manager and Senior Coordinator as requested.
- Coordinate and track with agency and all vendors all charges and payments relating to all jobs in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage purchasing policies.
- Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special and VIP party events.
- Maintain and manage the special events and promotional budget.
- Work directly with advertising agency, direct mail house, vendors and internal departments.
- Meet company appearance and grooming requirements.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Performs other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Associates degree from two-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests, and the general public
- Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
