CONTRACT TERM

1 year with high likelihood of extension or conversion to full time employee.

POSITION OVERVIEW – Data Governance Analyst- A Data Governance Analyst develops and implements data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and enforce data governance policies and standards.
• Monitor and assess data quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership and stewardship roles.
• Provide training and support on data governance practices.
• Prepare reports on data governance metrics and improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data governance tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
