RN – Interventional Radiology (IR)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology RN to support IR and Interventional Neuro procedures in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. The RN will circulate procedures, monitor patients, and provide care during prep and recovery phases while supporting a fast-paced procedural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate procedures in IR and Interventional Neuro suites
• Provide patient care during prep and recovery phases
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as required
• Collaborate with physicians and procedural teams during interventions
• Float within scope to support additional facilities when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months IR RN experience required (2 years preferred)
• Experience circulating IR/IN procedures required
• Active RN License required (Pending license accepted)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at submission
• NIHSS certification required prior to start
• First-time travelers accepted

Schedule & Additional Information:

• Start Date: Next available orientation date (3–4 weeks out)
• On-call required with 30-minute response time to hospital
• Floating required to Martin North, South, and Tradition facilities within 20 miles
• Block scheduling not available
• Locals accepted at same rate
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 12-hour shifts / 40 hours for 8/10-hour shifts
