Registered Nurse Rehab

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the rehab setting provides skilled nursing care and case management to patients requiring rehabilitation services. This role involves patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and well-being. The RN is expected to demonstrate strong communication skills and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum of two years of nursing experience. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide patient education and support to promote rehabilitation and recovery.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in hospital, home health, hospice, or rehabilitation settings.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for fieldwork if applicable.

• Experience in rehabilitation or related specialty areas.
• Additional certifications relevant to rehabilitation nursing.

• Ability to self-schedule within assigned shift hours.
• Work environment may require wearing navy scrubs.
• Shift includes 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
